WHAT BUILD DOES
Build connects Jira and your source control to each agent, and its Coding Expert turns an approved specification into a branch, tests and a pull request that your engineers review and merge. Test cases are traced to specification acceptance criteria, and every deployment to the runtime is recorded with its release evidence.
Start a coding run from an approved specification. The Coding Expert plans, implements, runs the tests and opens a pull request from one isolated session in the platform account, within the budget, turn, duration and concurrency limits set for the space. The Coding Expert never merges.
Connect GitHub, GitHub Enterprise Server (Preview), Bitbucket Cloud (Preview) and Bitbucket Data Center (Preview) with a token, no marketplace app, so repositories and pull requests are linked to the agents they change. Jira is optional for coding runs.
Trace test cases to specification acceptance criteria today. Collecting executions from Xray is designed; Zephyr Scale and TestRail are planned.
Keep findings next to the code they concern. The Trivy integration is designed; SonarQube and Snyk are planned.
Record every deployment to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime with its release evidence today. Following Bitbucket Pipelines and Data Center builds is in preview; Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline are planned.
BUILD · CODING EXPERT
The Coding Expert is the first platform base agent, powered by Claude on Amazon Bedrock. Give it an approved specification, optionally the Jira work items, and it plans, implements, runs the tests and opens a pull request that reads like your engineers wrote it. You review and merge.
A coding run begins from an approved Blueprint specification version. Jira work items are optional, so a spec-only run is enough to start.
Inputs are versioned, so the run record names the exact specification it built from.
Each run gets one isolated Amazon Bedrock AgentCore session in the platform account, with a persistent workspace that resumes across restarts. Nothing runs in your AWS account.
Credentials are scoped per space and injected per invocation, never written to disk.
Commits are authored as your engineer and the pull request carries a Summary, Changes, How it was tested and Linked issues. An attribution lint is a hard gate before publish, and the Coding Expert never merges.
Nothing about the platform reaches your repository unless you switch a footer on.
Budget, turns, duration and concurrency are set per space. Every run keeps its events, plan, diff summary, test report and logs as a coding run record.
Each record links to the run's logs for the people who operate the platform.
